These photographs were taken in Venezuela in November of 2004. All photos were taken with a Konica Minolta A2 at full 8MP resolution in the RAW mode and subsequently compressed to JPGs for this site.

The wildflowers were photographed primarily in two regions of Venezuela - the Andes Mountains around the Merida area, and the trail to and top of Roraima tepui.
